Mountain Climbing: Jeff Glasbrenner climbing at Khumbu Ice Falls on Mount Everest. Glasbrenner, who lost his lower right leg in a childhood accident, has competed in the 1998 World Championships in wheelchair basketball and run over 25 triathlons, Ironman competitions, and marathons. He has now taken to mountaineering, and recently became the first American amputee to climb Mount Everest.
